FAQ

What to expect

Straight answers to the questions we hear most before a first session.

Who is Body by Design for?

Mostly executives, retired physicians and judges, and women navigating menopause or perimenopause, generally between 40 and 70. If you want direct, one-on-one coaching without a crowd, you’re in the right place.

What does a session actually look like?

A short check-in, guided work on the Power Plate and with Francis directly, and a clear plan for what’s next. No wandering around a gym floor, no guesswork.

Do I need experience with fitness or coaching?

No. Sessions are built around where you are right now, whether that’s your first time training in years or you’re simply switching to a more focused approach.

How is pricing structured?

Body by Design is a premium, one-on-one studio. Single sessions and multi-session packages are both available, with packages priced to reward commitment. We don’t publish exact rates here since packages are matched to your goals during a consultation.

Is there a free consultation?

Yes. New clients start with a free initial consultation to talk through goals and make sure Body by Design is the right fit before any commitment.

What's the cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel, so we can keep sessions available for other clients.

How do packages work?

Packages are built around a set number of sessions, used within an agreed window of time. Payment is due in full unless other arrangements are made directly with Francis.

What's the best way to reach you?

Text first, it’s the fastest way to reach us. A call and voicemail work too. You can also use the contact form or email on our Contact page.

Our Pricing Philosophy

Premium, and worth it

Body by Design isn’t a high-volume, walk-in practice. Sessions are one-on-one, with Francis, every time. That level of attention is reflected in how packages are structured and priced, and it’s part of why clients stay for years, not weeks.
